In this informative article I am going to tell you about the benefits you get from boosting your metabolism. I know, that's what they all say... But hey, they do so for a reason, it's true, it works...
The kind of exercise you are looking for, is what makes your heart pound faster, and your body sweat. Just remember to make sure you exercise at a level your body can handle, and if in any doubt at all consult your doctor.
